$2350/mo Gigantic place, 2+ car garage, great bedroom setup (shared bathroom) Older...just old in general, old appliances, old kitchen, very old outside of garage and tight quarters when driving in and out but lots of space, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are still big enough for bed, dresser and desk may have financial difficulty in filling up the house with all the cool things to do (pool, ping pong, entertainment theater, poker table, dart board, pinball tables, etc.)
